Last
night, Your Main Girl's Main Girl was in an Empire State of Mind when she was able to cop a ticket to
the sold out Jay Z concert at the brand new Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Although Sasha Fierce, Aka Beyonce, aka YMG's hero didn't make a cameo
appearance, Jay z did not disappoint. He sang hit after chart topping
hit and even paused for a few somewhat inspirational speeches. The hazy marijuana smoke contributed greatly to the shadily
good light show that resembled lights you'd find at a rave.Your Main Girl definitely didn't hate it.
As for the Barclays
Center, the place is freakin' sick. New home of the Brooklyn Nets, the arena is color coordinated in YMG's favorite color combo, black and
white.
Although MSG is little closer
for city dwellers, the trip down to Brooklyn to catch a show at the Barclay's
is so worth it. With upcoming concerts such as Princess Ri Ri and Lady
Gaga, as well as one of YMG MG faves, Swedish House Mafia.You should definitely make the trip to the one and only Brooklyn to see for yourself.See you there!
